We want every customer to be delighted with their purchase. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for custom orders and installation services.
Custom Orders
Bamboo chicks, wooden blinds and other made-to-measure items are manufactured specifically for your space. Once production begins, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancellation Before Production
If you cancel within 24 hours of placing an order — and before production has started — we will refund 100% of the advance paid.
Installation Issues
If installed products show a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days. We will repair or replace the affected item at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
Site visit charges, measurement fees, and partially installed custom orders are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
