Services & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Final pricing depends on on-site measurements, material selection, and customization. Custom orders require a minimum advance payment.
Booking & Installation
Installation dates are confirmed after measurement and advance payment. We make every reasonable effort to honour scheduled dates; delays caused by weather, material availability, or customer-side issues may shift the timeline.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to provide site access, electricity (where applicable), and a clear working area. Walls/window frames must be safe for drilling and fixing. We are not liable for pre-existing damage.
Warranty
Most products carry a manufacturer's defect warranty as specified at the time of sale. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural wear is excluded.
Payment
Balance payment is due on successful installation. Accepted methods include UPI, cash, and bank transfer.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Disputes
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
